Volunteer Spirit Association (VSA Thailand) and Wachiralai School signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote international voluntary service and intercultural learning opportunities.
The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration on the placement of both short- and long-term international volunteers at the school, providing students with the opportunity to develop language skills through direct interaction with native speakers. Additionally, it opens pathways for Thai students to participate in overseas volunteer programs facilitated by VSA's international network.
This partnership marks an important step in enhancing global citizenship and experiential education for Thai youth.

Mae Hong Son, Thailand – June 15, 2025 – Ms. Laksana Rodtrakul, President of VSA, was officially welcomed at Mae Hong Son College to discuss a new collaboration set to begin next semester. The welcoming committee from Mae Hong Son College included: - Mr. Puttachat Yomkij, Dean of Mae Hong Son College - Assistant Professor Dr. Weerawit Piyanonthasilp, Deputy Dean of Mae Hong Son College - Ms. Chonlatida Na Lamphun, Deputy Dean of Mae Hong Son College - Mr. Arthit Srichandorn, Head of the English Program Curriculum Administration Committee - Ms. Amphawan Im-emtraph, Lecturer - Dr. Rukkhun Panyawutthakrai, Lecturer Discussions focused on fostering a strong partnership and outlining the framework for the upcoming collaborative initiatives.

Mr.Laksana Rodtrakul, President of the Volunteer Association (VSA Thailand) in the International Volunteer ServiceNetwork, Parin Chareonchnaporn, former VSA Thailand Outgoing, and Phra Winthra Mektraiwop, co-founder of the Volunteer Spirit Network in Thailand, were interviewed on the "Wan Mai Variety" program, during the "Nakorn Heal Jai" segment on Thai PBS on December 25, 2024.
The discussion focused on building understanding and emphasis of International Voluntary Service (IVS) activities, the importance of participating in such programs, and the collaboration network among volunteer organizations in Thailand. To promote International Cultural Youth Exchange in Thailand
